Parking in River Landing

There are lots of places to park in River Landing when you come to visit.

On-street parking:

There are over 300 on-street parking spaces in River Landing (between 19th Street and Spadina Crescent and from Avenue C to 3rd Avenue). Look for a pay station, which accepts coins or credit cards. Time limits on the street vary from two hours to three hours, depending on where you park. The cost is $2 an hour, Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday parking is free.

Off street parking:

There are two temporary parking lots in River Landing, located around the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market (lots at Avenue B and Sonnenschein Way, and Avenue A and Sonnenschein Way). They offer hourly, daily, and monthly parking. Hourly rates are $2 an hour, and the daily rate is $6. The lots are open Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday parking is free. River Landing Parkade

The River Landing Parkade is located underneath Remai Modern (Parkade entrance off Saunders Place and 2nd Avenue). It is open to the public for hourly, daily, evening, and monthly paid parking.  There are 154 parking spots, in two underground heated levels, as well as free public bicycle parking.

It is open seven days a week, 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m., including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.

Pay stations in the Parkade accept coins and credit cards; there is also a mobile phone app to pay fordaily/hourly/evening parking:  Honk Mobile.
