"The current issue facing The Partnership and the City of Saskatoon is the development of the former Public School Board building, more commonly known as the Gathercole Building. In order for The Partnership to accurately represent the downtown business community concerning this issue, they will need to determine what the downtown business community would like to see happen to the Gathercole Building. The research we have conducted will illustrate the preferences of teh downtown business community and the correlation between particular variables such as location relative to the Gathercole building and attentiveness to the issue.'
